Timeless charm, contemporary sophistication. Chef Matt Carter’s bold take on modern Latin cuisine.

Modern Latin Cuisine

Step into The Mission and experience modern Latin cooking from one of Arizona's most celebrated, Chef Matt Carter.  Wrapped in the warm glow of our Himalayan salt block wall,  easily tuck into a candlelit corner for date night, or turn things up at our lively bar or community tables, perfect for celebrating with friends.  Our kitchen crafts sophisticated, authentic modern Latin cuisine, perfectly paired with an award-winning bar program, and an unparalleled tequila list.

Our Locations

Assorted dishes including fried fish, street corn, tortilla chips, a salad on lettuce with red pepper and cilantro, and a small appetizer with smoked salmon, herbs, and red caviar, along with two candles and two drinks with lime wedges on a wooden table.

The Food

“One of the things that makes our Latin dishes unique is that we’re cooking it differently. We use ingredients you won’t find elsewhere. And we want the food to look as good as it tastes.”
